Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid Connectedscalablecloud course seats and Network Command engagements confirmed by invoice or enrollment email. Website pricing is informational; no checkout occurs on this site.

2. Eligibility for a full refund

You may request a full refund if you cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the published cohort start date and have not accessed downloadable cohort materials beyond the orientation packet.

3. Partial refunds

Cancellations received between thirteen (13) and five (5) days before the start date may receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of tuition paid, unless your enrollment confirmation states a different schedule for custom Network Command work.

4. Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable: third-party exam voucher fees (if any), on-site venue surcharges already committed, custom template packs delivered before cancellation, and seats purchased under a non-cancellable enterprise statement of work.

5. After the cohort begins

Once live sessions or asynchronous modules open for your cohort, tuition is non-refundable. In documented medical or bereavement cases we may offer a transfer to a later cohort at our discretion.

6. Refund process

Email info@connectedscalablecloud.digital with subject “Refund request,” your full name, enrollment reference, course name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days.

7. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to an account you designate if the original method is unavailable.

8. Cancellations by Connectedscalablecloud

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date at no extra tuition. We are not responsible for travel booked without our written request.

9. Exceptions

Statutory rights that cannot be waived under Korea law remain available. Where a consumer cooling-off right applies to a distance contract, that right takes precedence over conflicting clauses for eligible purchasers.
